Daily Dental Care Tips

Brushing

Brush your teeth at least twice daily using a soft-bristled toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste. Brush for two minutes, covering all surfaces of your teeth and your tongue.

Flossing

Floss daily to remove plaque and food particles from between teeth where your toothbrush can't reach. Proper flossing helps prevent gum disease and cavities.

Diet

Limit sugary foods and beverages. Eat a balanced diet rich in calcium, vitamins, and minerals. Drink plenty of water, especially after meals.

Regular Check-ups

Visit SWARNA Dental every 6 months for professional cleaning and examination. Early detection of dental issues saves time, money, and discomfort.
