• Standard turnaround time is communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• Delays may occur due to case complexity or missing information.

5. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are subject to GST and may be revised without prior notice.
• Invoices are issued upon dispatch or completion of work.
• Payments must be made within the stipulated credit period. Late payments may attract interest or suspension of services.
• We reserve the right to reject future orders in case of outstanding dues.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders once processed cannot be cancelled.
• Refunds or remakes are considered only in cases of manufacturing defects, subject to review and discretion.
• Clients must notify us of any issue within 3 working days of receiving the case.
